Due to the pandemic, In-home printed catalogs were not being used, Ambassadors didn’t know how to sell and there was a budget + safety risk in the previous way we produced photoshoots.
I was tasked with creating a digital, shoppable lookbook and shoot with a limited budget while also accounting for further safety measures. I researched digital platforms with the help of our web developer, came to one we all agreed would work.
Instead of hiring outside help, I worked internally to train team members on how to help produce the shoots, I hired talent that handled their own hair and makeup and reduced the overall head count on set. The result was a beautiful and simple design that our ambassadors could use to host virtual shows and text links to their customers to drive sales. The overall design came out clean with more of a focus on the jewelry as well as allowing a video component for a fresh style.
We also reduced the cost of the printed piece by 34%. This helped create a cohesive and solid seasonal look and feel.
